Optional text alerts for merchants
Get a text the moment an offer needs your review. Transactional only, opt-in, and off by default — shoppers are never texted.
SMS is optional and off by default. A merchant turns it on themselves, in the app:
- In the Offrz app (Shopify admin), open Settings → Merchant alerts.
- Check “Yes, text me about my account notifications” — unchecked by default, never pre-selected.
- Enter your own US mobile number in the field below it.
- Save. Consent to texts is not required to use the app.
Merchant alerts
I agree to receive automated transactional text messages from Offrz, at the mobile number I provide, when my store has an account notification that needs my review. Works alongside email — turn on either or both.
Don’t want texts? Simply leave this unchecked — you’ll still get email notifications and full access to the app.
Phone number entry is disabled on this public page. Merchants enter and save their own number inside the authenticated Offrz app.
Message frequency varies with how many notifications your store receives. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any text to unsubscribe or HELP for help — you can also turn texts off here at any time. Consent to texts isn’t required to use the app. See our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
